Diamond Chamfer Bits

1. Cutting edge high-end vacuum brazing process provides better performance and longer service life for the product;

2. The #80-#100 fine-grained diamond, through fine grinding, can produce excellent surface effect on the edge of the hole, smooth and
clean;

3. M14 or 5/8"-11 thread is available for angle grinder. Hexagonal handle style is also available for electric hand drill, etc. (but please ensure that all forms of impact or hammer action are closed);

4. Dry or wet use.

1) #80 fine diamond: Make the working face cleans and smooth. The finishing effect is good.

Operation Instructions
 

* Used on angle grinder
* If you want to fit on drills or other machine, you need an adapter, such as SDS, Hex, Round Plus Shank.

* This is not a drill for drilling. It does not make a hole, but it can chamfer, enlarge, grind and trim the boundary of the formed hole;
* Tilt moderately, reduce the contact surface, do not press directly, shake slowly and slightly along the force, and the range should not be too large to avoid bouncing. In case of bounce, please don't panic and adjust the operation according to the guide;

There's no limit to the depth we can drill. Usually our working length ranges from 300mm to 400mm with outer diameters from 16mm-1000mm. Anyway, the core drill bits can be made to your customization needs. Contact us for further information.

Do you have to use water when drilling through concrete?
Answer:
It very much depends on the diamond tools. If using a dry-cutting bit you can drill a hole without water, whereas a wet
diamond drill bit must be used with water.

How long is the lead time after placing my order?

For standard specification products, the delivery time is 5-10 working days after receiving the payment.
